Holidays in Punta Arenas

On winter holidays of 2012 I went with my family to Punta Arenas. My uncle was PDI prefect of the Magallanes region, so we stay with him and my aunt for a couple weeks. 

That was my first time on a plane, so I was a little bit nervious about it. That was, also, the first time I visited the Arturo Merino Benitez Airport. As I remember the whole “airport activity” was amazing.

Once there, we visited the Indio Patagón Statue. My aunt said that we should not kiss his feet thumb, because at night, the people used to pee on it. So we did not do that.

We also visited most of the interest spots of the city, including the parade ground, the coastal, some museums and the Sara Braun palace.

It was my best holiday because I have so many memories about it. The only thing that I regret of myself is to have been a Rat Kid on that time so I did not enjoyed as much as I would do now.

A country I would like to visit

I would like to visit France. Its a country located in Western Europe. Its national language is French, that difficult the visit because I do not speak French 😢😢.

One of the places I would like to visit when I get there is the Eiffel Tower, France most famous spot. It is ubicated in Paris. It consists of a tower made in 1889 that is around 350 meters in height, and 120 meters in width.

I would like to stay there for a couple of years. Maybe in post-degree studies. There's a famous political science institute that I would like to study in, its called "institute d'ètudes politiques de Paris". Besides the fact that the institute is located in Paris, I would like to live in Lyon. City sited on the center-eastern of France. It is the third most populated city in France

Also, the minimum wage is times higher than Chilean. In France, the minimum wage is around 1,500 euros, which means more than a million CLP. Obviously, life is the most expensive too.
